So what is the ROI of Twitter? What's the point? I could write a lengthy blog post about it or you could save your eyes and let your ears do all the work in this one. Scott Stratten, also known as @unmarketing, spills out a long rant on the ROI of Twitter and the direction of social media.

His delivery is a bit different than how I would give a speech (those who know me personally will find out as they watch) but he makes some really valid points throughout so I felt it was good to share the video.
